Defamation

Defamation is an intention to harm a persons personal reputation. The UK Defamation Act 1996, was made to protect an individuals reputation against unjustified and unwarranted attacks.

Libel And Slander

Libel- Is a more official, to publicise print or broadcast
Slander- Communication by mouth.

The legal right, given to an originator of a for a fixed number of years to print, publish, perform, film or record. It also gives the holder power to authorize others to do the same and decide how it is distributed.
