Use plain easy to understand writing

Make sure the question is in logical order.

Use the word"Prefer".

Ask precise questions not vague ones.

Give examples on what your talking about.

Choose appropriate response category 

A likert scale is a question which measures a response to a question towards a particular subject.

A Semantic Differencial Scale is a scale that numbers to measure the response to a certain subject using numbers.
