Gyles, your planning is too vague, very generalised and stereotypical. You are alienating a large amount of a potential audience to read your magazine. If your magazine also actively promotes an illegal lifestyle you will find it immensely difficult to get funded (advertising etc.) and will shortly be out of print. Think more astutely about how you could appeal to that market without crossing the law/boundaries that would prevent people accessing your magazine.
